Computer Vision Engineer

As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will be solving the challenges that our customers face. You will be part of the team that rolls out our product at our customers. Your tasks will comprise of the following:

• System Architecture: Based on the customer’s use case, their current situation and our product capabilities, you will design the optimal system architecture. You will perform a requirements analysis to ensure that all expectations are met. Alongside that, you will create a risk analysis to ensure that all blockers can be mitigated before the go-live.
• Project Planning: The system architecture and requirements and risk analyses are the ingredients for an accurate project planning taking into account the different stakeholders for the roll-out of our solution.
• Implementation: Based on our customer onboarding process and the system architecture, you will perform the necessary steps to ensure success for our customers. The correct implementation of the different components, the development of the AI modules and the integration of the customer’s current platforms are the responsibility of you and your team.
• Roll-Out: Once all systems are customized for the customer, you will ensure a smooth roll-out and deploy those systems at the manufacturing plant.
• Testing & Validation: To ensure the requirements are met, you will perform different tests and design targeted validation strategies. Based on the result, you will reiterate on certain modules to guarantee the targeted accuracies.
• Customer Interaction. You will be collaborating with different stakeholders within the manufacturing plant. Concrete communication and customer interaction is important to guarantee success and to ensure our partners remain happy.

• You have a Master’s in Computer Science Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• You have experience in AI and Computer Vision related projects.
• You’re proficient with Git, Linux, and Python.
• You’re experienced with Docker and Kubernetes.
• You’re a pragmatic problem-solver.
• You’re disciplined in documenting your work in an understandable way.
• You like structure, you’re organised and you excel in planning.
• You’re fluent in English for both verbal and written communication
• You’re fluent in Dutch for both verbal and written communication (This is a plus.)
• You’re deeply interested in the newest evolutions on AI, ML and related fields
• You’re eager to use your technical knowledge to make a positive mark on the environment
