Enterprise Account Executive [FR]

At Polysense, we help food producers see and think about their process differently, quite literally 👀 . Our computer vision systems watch, analyze, and understand food production lines in real time, offloading the quality operator of their tedious, manual tasks. Quality control is only the first stride, Polysense AutoControl will optimize the process parameters to get product quality right up to the predefined specs. As Account Executive, you’ll help the world of food production strengthen their position. 👇

💼 What you’ll be doing

• Turn cold leads into meaningful conversations.

• Meet with prospects face-to-face, understand their challenges, and offer solutions that work.

• Close deals focused on recurring revenue, and build long-term relationships with your clients.

• During project delivery, you’ll stay involved as a reliable point of contact for any non-technical questions.

• You’ll spot follow-up opportunities and keep in touch post-sale, because good relationships don’t end when the deal is signed.

• You’ll collaborate with the rest of our commercial team and contribute to how we shape sales at Polysense.

• You’ll be speaking with production managers, innovation leads, and C-level at midsize to enterprise manufacturing companies in the food industry.

🧠 What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in closing B2B deals.

• You know how to walk into a cold meeting and walk out with momentum.

• You understand the rhythm of a sales cycle and how to push it forward.

• You speak English and French fluently. Dutch, German? Nice bonus.

• Have worked in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Understand the food industry or manufacturing operations.

• Have sold internationally before.
