You make sure every Polysense colleague feels welcome, supported, and proud to be part of the team.
You’ll give our new joiners an epic onboarding experience:
Office tour throughout our beautiful Upoffiz campus
Make them feel super welcome and help organize the onboarding process
Provide our Polysense merch
You’ll strengthen our company culture with unforgettable team events

🌱 Office management
You keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and our office a place people actually enjoy working from.
You’ll be the main contact point with our campus responsible, cleaning services, and other office partners and suppliers.
You help create a safe and healthy working environment. You’re in charge of our Health & Safety initiatives.
You’ll make sure our Engineering team has everything they need by managing the orders for office and Engineering.
You’ll get everyone to their destinations as our Engineering and Sales team roams around the world by managing travel plans and creating bookings.
You’ll keep an eye on our office supplies and make sure that no one ever runs out of coffee 🙃
You’ll make our offices a great place to work!
🚗 Fleet management
You make sure our fleet runs like clockwork
You’ll order new vehicles and keep our car policy up-to-date.
You’re in charge of our charge cards.
You’ll handle all fleet-related questions and make sure insurance claims are handled smoothly.
You’ll be our main contact person with our mobility partners.

You’re comfortable juggling different topics and priorities.
You feel at home in a scale-up environment where things move fast.
You speak English fluently (Dutch is a big plus).
