At Polysense, we help food producers see and think about their process differently, quite literally 👀. Our computer vision systems watch, analyse, and understand food production lines in real time, offloading quality operators from tedious manual tasks. But quality control is only the first stride. With Polysense AutoControl, we optimise process parameters to ensure product quality meets predefined specs every single time.
As a Product Manager at Polysense, you'll join us at a pivotal moment: we've closed our seed round (backed by Felix Capital and Fortino Capital) and we're moving from a handful of flagship deployments (La Lorraine Bakery Group, Agristo, Fourneo) to running Qualify and AutoControl across many more plants and customers. That shift, from bespoke to repeatable, is exactly the problem you'll own.
This is Polysense's first dedicated Product hire, and you'll report directly to and work side-by-side with Lucas Van Dijck, our CTO and co-founder. There's no existing product org to slot into, so expect a tight, hands-on partnership: you'll be in the room for the calls that shape what we build next, not several layers removed from them. Together you'll turn what we learn on the factory floor into a roadmap that scales, and build the muscle for how Polysense does discovery, prioritisation, and delivery as we grow.
💼 What you'll be doing
· Scaling the Core Product: you'll own the roadmap that takes Qualify and AutoControl from working brilliantly at a handful of flagship sites to deploying reliably and repeatably across many plants and customers, tightening the loop between what Delivery hits in the field and what Engineering builds next.
· Building the Intelligence Layer: alongside Qualify and AutoControl, you'll help shape and build out our intelligence layer, the layer that turns raw production data into insight and action, defining what it should do and how it fits together with our existing products.
· New Use-Case Experimentation: you'll partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to explore and test new use-cases with prospects and customers, figuring out what's worth building next by getting it in front of real production lines fast.
· Product Foundations: you'll help define how Polysense does product, writing the specs, metrics, and processes that don't exist yet, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO to set the standard as the team grows around you.
