  • Collaborate with our Head of People and hiring managers to align recruitment plans with business needs.

  • Ensure a seamless match between job requirements and team dynamics.

  • Take full ownership of recruitment for technical profiles: design and execute tailored hiring processes that fit our vision.

🔍 Sourcing

  • Identify and engage top-tier tech talent to support Polysense’s growth.

  • Proactively approach potential candidates and foster long-term relationships.

  • Represent Polysense at events to boost our visibility and connect with the right audiences.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool to stay ahead of hiring needs.

✨ Candidate Experience

  • Manage the recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

  • Lead the selection journey—from CV screening to interviews.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Polysense’s DNA.

🌱 Young Talent

  • Attract and mentor young tech talent, including interns and recent graduates.

  • Partner with universities and associations to strengthen our talent pipeline.

🌍 Employer Branding

  • Help build a standout employer brand that resonates with tech talent and showcases our unique culture.

📊 People Projects

  • Work on impactful People projects like data-driven recruitment, culture development, and employer branding.

Job requirements

  • 🎓 Education: You have a master’s degree in HR, communications, business, or economics—anything that fuels your passion for people.

  • 💼 Experience: Some experience recruiting tech or engineering talent? Awesome! If not, show us you’re ready to learn fast.

  • 🤝 Connector: You have a knack for spotting top talent and inspiring them to join our journey.

  • 💡 Passion for Tech: Technology excites you, and you’re curious about the bigger picture of People & Culture.

  • 🌍 Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, you know how to build meaningful connections in both.

  • 📍 Location: You’re ready to call our HQ (link) in Ghent home at least 4 days a week—because that’s where the magic happens.
