We’re growing fast, and we need a AI Project Manager/Squad Lead to take ownership of some of our most exciting projects. Think: leading a squad of tech wizards, keeping multiple high-impact projects on track, and building real solutions that make real things move.
You’ll be the one holding the compass. 🧭 From kick-off to go-live, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and up to Polysense high standards.
💼 What you’ll be doing
Act as Single Point of Contact for clients: calls, mails, standups, updates
Lead your squad across multiple simultaneous projects (yep, you can handle it)
Translate customer needs into solid requirements & planning
Run kick-offs, weekly standups with the clients, and internal tech huddles
Own the day-to-day delivery of smart manufacturing solutions
Coordinate hardware & software: from sensors to APIs
Spot upsell opportunities and present them like a pro
🧠 What you bring
2+ years of experience in a tech leadership role - you’re a natural leader with strong people skills.
1.5+ years in system integration, industrial automation, or professional services
Strong understanding of:
MES, ERP, and production technologies
Networking, IoT, and hardware integration
AI, computer vision, and image-based inspection
APIs, databases, and software architecture
Familiar with software architecture best practices (security, scalability, performance)
Experienced in managing technical teams and projects
Able to challenge engineers, keep momentum, and recognize when “done” really means done
Excellent communicator – clear, concise, and fluent in both tech and business language
Skilled at aligning stakeholders and translating complex tech into plain English

Have experience in the food industry or regulated manufacturing
Have a master in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Have worked in a startup or scale-up before? Even better.
