Polysense is letting food manufacturer’s see their process differently, quite literally 👀. Our computer vision and process optimisation solutions help producers all over the world drastically reduce waste, improve quality consistency, and operate more efficiently. Especially in a world with rising variability, tighter margins, and growing customer demands, this becomes a non-negotiable.

We’re working with the biggest brands in the global food industry such as Lotus, Agristo, and d’Arta. As we scale rapidly, we want our impact to scale along 🌱 and ensure that every implementation delivers tangible business value. 📈 To make this happen, we want you to become our first Strategic Customer Success Manager. It’s an analytical and customer-facing role designed to prove ROI, build trust and drive expansion across our enterprise accounts. 🤝

We’re looking for someone who can build. This is a 0→1 role perfect for someone who thrives in chaos and who knows how to setup frameworks, processes, and storytelling that will shape Polysense’s future growth. Ready to hop on? 🚀

💼 What you’ll be doing

From the start of an implementation until upselling the account, as a Customer Value Manager you can make impact at every step of the way. Let’s dive in!

01. Post-implementation value scoping

You’re number one priority will lie in measuring the impact of Polysense on every customer to provide them with a clear view of the ROI of our solution.

  • Work directly with customers to quantify realized ROI: savings in waste, labor, time, quality improvements.

  • Build high-quality business cases that articulate value to production managers, and to executives of our enterprise customers.

  • Verify measurable outcomes and provide executive-ready reports.

  • Build future-proof frameworks and processes that will make this easier with every food product we handle.

02. Commercial implementation involvement

You’ll be involved in onboarding our customers alongside our Engineering team. Your commercial take will ensure that the promised value is there at go-live.

  • Join implementations at kick-off to ensure clarity on promised value.

  • Act as a commercial-oriented “delivery lead” alongside the technical project manager.

  • Participate in steering committee meetings to present value progress to customer leadership.

  • Monitor organisational changes needed on the customer side to achieve expected results.

03. Upsell scoping

The impact of a single pilot is negligible to the customer. The real value lies in the full roll-out across production lines and plants. You’ll scope the opportunities and determine the best way to scale Polysense Qualify and Polysense AutoControl across their operations.

  • Identify opportunities across products, lines, and facilities based on ROI insights.

  • Provide structured scoping input to Sales for further commercial follow-up.

  • Advise the customer on how they could optimise their processes even more.

04. More than Customer Success

Your impact goes beyond your target accounts. As our first CSM, you’ll be collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure the future value of Polysense Qualify and Polysense AutoControl.

  • Collaborate with Marketing by providing high-quality data and narratives.

  • Develop compelling case studies, success stories, and frameworks that help Sales close future deals.

  • Contribute to Polysense’s overarching ROI narrative for prospects and investors.

🧠 What you bring

Background

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or have strong domain-knowledge of the food manufacturing industry.

  • You’re a top 1% problem solver. You can translate random high-level statements and inputs from the customer and extract the real insights from it.

  • You naturally build trust with executives, communicate with confidence, and have no hesitation advising them at a strategic level.

  • You want to go all-in for a scale-up that’s reinventing food manufacturing. Proactiveness, empathy, collegiality, growth, and impact are key elements that define you.

Skills & Mindset

  • You’re a strategic communicator who can operate confidently with technical teams and customer leadership.

  • You’re capable of going from zero to one. Building frameworks, templates, and processes from scratch is what gets you out of bed every morning.

  • You’re customer-facing and able to quickly build trust with stakeholders.

  • You know how to ask the right questions to extract operational and financial data from customers.

  • Naturally structured, proactive, and comfortable owning deliverables.

  • Motivated by measurable impact: numbers, metrics, business transformation.
