As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won't be sitting back waiting for applications to roll in. You'll be out there, actively hunting down high-potential talent who can take Polysense to the next level. You'll own the entire recruiting process: from the first cold call on LinkedIn to the final handshake, and everything in between. 🚀
💼 Here's what you'll be doing:
Hunt relentlessly. You'll proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach, and your own creative channels. You're not afraid to pick up the phone, send that DM, or find someone who isn't actively looking but should be talking to us.
Build from scratch. When a new role opens up, you'll create compelling job descriptions, design hiring processes, and set up everything needed to attract and assess the right people.
Be the first impression. You'll conduct initial video calls and on-site interviews to assess cultural fit, company alignment, and get a solid first read on skill fit. You're the gatekeeper—and you take that seriously.
Own the pipeline. From first contact to signed offer, you'll manage the entire candidate journey. You'll keep people engaged, excited, and informed at every stage. No one slips through the cracks on your watch.
Move fast. When we have a critical role to fill, you treat it like a mission. You're hungry to close roles quickly, but never at the expense of quality. Speed with excellence is your motto.
Be versatile. One day you're recruiting a Full-Stack Developer, the next day an Account Executive. You adapt quickly, learn what matters for each role, and find the people who'll thrive in them.
