At Polysense, we develop AI-powered operational intelligence for food producers. Our products, Polysense Qualify and Polysense AutoControl, use in-line machine vision and smart process control to help manufacturers cut waste, improve quality, and run leaner. 🌟 Where you might land
We work at the intersection of hardware, software, AI, and industrial processes. Depending on your background and what lights you up, you could end up contributing to work like:
🛠️ Out in the field, where our product meets the factory floor. Physically installing and commissioning our hardware at customer sites, keeping our deployments running reliably in demanding industrial environments.
🤝 Bringing new customers live. Working closely with customers from contract to go-live, configuring our products for their specific setup, guiding their teams through onboarding, and making sure the whole thing actually works in the real world.
🫀 Building the beating heart of our product. Developing and optimising the core modules of our platform, the software that ties machine vision, process control, and data pipelines together into something that runs smoothly at scale.
📷 Training and shaping our AI models. Building and iterating the computer vision models that power our quality inspection, working with real production data to push accuracy and robustness further.
🔎 Pushing what our hardware can sense. Research-oriented work exploring new sensor technologies: NIR, hyperspectral, acoustic and beyond. Writing drivers, building prototypes, and deciding what's worth betting on.
☁️ Owning our cloud infrastructure. Designing and maintaining the cloud foundation that our product runs on, making sure our deployments are reliable, performant, and production-grade.
⛑️ Keeping us and our customers secure. Making our application stack and deployments cybersecure, handling security operations, and supporting compliance certification efforts as we grow into larger enterprise environments.
🔎 Who we're looking for
You recently graduated (or are about to) in a field like Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, IT, or something equally technical. You don't need years of experience, you need curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn fast.
You thrive when you're given real responsibility, not hand-holding. You ask questions, push back when something doesn't make sense, and care about doing good work. You want to build something that matters.
